But wouldn't be losing the whole idea of vacation place? Its not like we run out of residential areas :/
One sim's vacation destination is another sim's home world. Definitely not running out of either vacation spots nor residential areas. "TwinMagic;c-18078760" wrote:

If you look at Mt. Komorebi it's totally possible and doesn't loose any value. It still feels like a vacation area with more gameplay options for players.- Sims 4 is lacking in worlds completely. Now if they'd create an official Create-A-World where people could share worlds that would negate the issue. That's a totally different topic, lol. Anyways, anything that would allow more freedom in the game would be great. Though you can use a rather buggy mod to make them livable, but you can't exactly add more lots however.
- just make existing granite falls and selvadorada residential worlds now that we can vacation everywhere there isn't really any reason to not live everywhere and i want to add some locals
+maybe i would actually use granite falls cause i keep forgetting it exists
size of the world is okay for me
though i wish hidden lots could show on map after you've discovered them trillion times which would add to the lot count cause they'd be easier to access n stuff - SheriSim4 years agoSeasoned AceGranite falls is a national park and I can see it being a place to camp or rent. But, national parks should be able to be visited during the day without having to rent. So, for this reason I think it should be made residential…… maybe add a couple more lots to compete with Silvadorado.
I think Silvadorado should have been residential to begin with, as they have unlivable homes already there…… so this should definitely be able to be residential. - GlacierSnowGhost4 years agoSeasoned AceIt's the only world that even remotely resembles where I grew up. I really want my sims to be able to live there.
I was hoping the patch that made it possible to put rental lots anywhere would also make it possible to put residential lots anywhere. But, no. They didn't do that. And I wish they would. - crocobaura4 years agoLegendI think it would be nice if we could visit the world without having to pay rent for accommodation first. I usually chose the cheapest at the camping ground and then sleep wherever, the Hermit's hut is much nicer usually.
- LlamaOMama4 years agoNew AceSims can live in Granite Falls, as a "wooden" residential area, or if selevadorada can be living in the jungle!

It never sat right with me that Selvadoradan Sims don't rate homes of their own.
