Right or left -- probably too difficult to implement, but it'd be cool
This is a minor thing (that would require doubling up on animations, so it's probably way too much work to ever implement), but I do wish Sims could be right or left handed.

I also used to have a mod which made the handedness visible as traits, funny thing is that a sim that was supposed to be based on me was also left handed like me, which was totally random :D
