Well, my Sim, Penny Saver, just finished her Run for the Roses. Her Total Net Worth (according to the Wealth/Rosebud Achievement) is $500,395. The bulk of her wealth is in cash. Her home is quite modest; including furnishings and landscape, it's worth only $32,000. Sorry I don't have a screenie -- I couldn't figure out how to make one from the Achievements page.
Penny met her 1/2 Rosebud goal on Day 5 of her 11th week. She used 4 Potions of Youth and who knows how many other potions (toward the end, she was guzzling them non-stop :D).
I had fun and Penny had fun (or so she tells me). I suppose she's earned a bit of a rest now.
