I gave Lyla the creative trait so she can be inspired to paint but I never got her a job. She still collects stuff everyday, lol. Really it comes down to what jobs you have to buy something for like a computer. Rez got a job as a cook because he didn't need to buy anything for that one the daily task is just cooking and I had to get a mixology book.
