Comments Serene Chalet Retreat lives up to its name - it looks very serene, a great place to relax. While the yard space might be small, the choice of lots means it’s surrounded by enough greenery to more than make up for that. The mountains in the background are majestic. I hope the snowy mountain version has outdoor heaters to keep the terraces and balconies toasty! It does fit perfectly there too. Excellent use of terrain paint to separate the parking area from the path around the chalet. The flowers in the yard are so pretty and orderly. Sims will love sitting on the bench in the summer listening to the fountain and windchimes. Great idea to give the rental unit a separate entrance, complete with its own gate and a lockable door between it and the main residence. The covered terrace may be small, but it’s got everything it needs to be a fun entertainment space. The second-floor balconies are lovely private spaces. I love the plant divider- they provide privacy while letting the Yukimuras and their guests chat if they choose to.. The seating area by the fireplace looks cozy, perfect for those cold winter nights. The Yule Logs on the dining table perfectly fit the style of the chalet. .Turning the tea chest into a tea and wine chest - clever! I like the two separate sitting areas in the living room - sims will have a choice of admiring the view, reading, looking at all the pictures or watching TV. You chose the perfect swatch for the disguised TV.. The rental unit looks very cozy and comfortable, with all the basics plus extras like the dishwasher and full-size shower/bath. I like the stone wall in the lounge. And you made the couches a different color from the ones in the living room while using the same style and white cushions to tie the two together, great idea. Nice guest suite, a little bt Spartan, but then you want to let your guests personalize it. The master suite looks so luxurious with its big windows, a sitting area, a desk and a yoga mat. But my favorite part is the contracts wall behind the bed, its color gives the room a warm, cozy feeling. The luxury continues into the bathroom. Double sinks and a big deep tub with a shelf holding scented candles and more. Suggestions: The gate seems a bit tall for such a low fence. Is there another combination of fence and gate you could have used so the heights matched better? The storage space needs more light.. The small window in the guest suite seemed a little high.
Comments: Unfortunately, your slideshow appears to be down. Going by your screenshot alone, I can see that the styling is perfect for Windenburg. It looks like a warm, cozy oasis surrounded by the snow, pine trees and cold ocean. The large windows are perfect for enjoying the scenery. The living area looks very toasty and comfortable with all those warm brown tones. It is possible to view cc builds from the online gallery by checkmarking the box to include cc. The skylight probably lets in plenty of extra sunlight when it’s not covered by snow. Suggestions: As requested, no criticism.
My mistake, I accidentally added an “a” to the link. In case anyone is curious this is the full slideshow: https://imgur.com/a/xUon2BO
For learning - could someone kindly share where I can find the mentioned cc filter in the web gallery? I could only find my build in the in-game gallery
