sad moodlets after death

so recently my sim got a phone call that one of her acquaintances died. she'd only met this lady once and the exchange was so brief i didn't even remember it, yet my sim was sad for two days afterward...

The phone thing is a problem that has been heavily discussed. Really doesn't make any sense to even get a text message about a person you weren't friends with saying they are about to die or have passed away. It's just a game mechanic they introduced to let you know the sim is about to get culled out of existence.


The phone think is a problem especially when they congratulate you on an engagement or marriage all you say is ok. Like I would say thank you so much.


Or when you meet a new friend, get into a relationship, have a kid...
