4 Bed, 3 Bath, $145,855; This family home was requested by forum user: Luxana. With a clean, modern interior and a classic suburban exterior, this home is prefect for any medium-large family. There is room for a child, a male and female teen, two adults in the master, and any other sims in a guest-type room with a double bed. This home also contains plenty of skill items and a large space for entertaining guests.
