Thanks for the likes and comments. And although I wasn´t really playing over the last two weeks, I have a few more pictures of the same mansion, that I like to share.
The garage is built on halfwalls. I use that feature a lot in my builds to get rid of the otherwise always same wall heights.
This "small" pond is the only pond I ever made with the pond tool, shortly after it was developed. I like, that it is possible to shoot pictures under water.
In my game Malcolm has two siblings, while their parents died some time ago. Here a shot into the room of his brother.
And here a glimpse of his sister´s room:
The kitchen...
There is a huge basement under the mansion. The laundry can be reached from outside as well as from inside, and the door to the right leads into a sauna.
There is also a huge party room, and a bar.
The last picture shows the small terrace next to Malcolm´s bedroom. Climbing onto the roof offers a good view through the telescope. The whole lot is customized in it´s size, I expanded it as far as possible, and placed a lot of items off the lot, like hedges, to pretend it were bigger than it really is. The building visible in the background is a recreation of the famous "Bower´s Mansion", near Carson City, currently the only unused building in Del Sol Valley. But who knows, maybe that will change in the future, and maybe I will then show pictures of that one too.
The mansion is lovely! 🙂The double garage is great. The pond area is pretty with the lily pads and flowers. It looks great that you have taken underwater photos of it. Very nice design and colours of the bedrooms. The party room would be a fun place for the sims to enjoy dancing. The curved bar in the bar room is great and sims would enjoy listening to music from the piano whilst having a drink.
