Your Evergreen Harbour build is great! 🙂The furnishing and layout of each level is lovely! The brown room colours, the wall textures and the types of furniture used all complement well with the style of the world. It is great that there is a rooftop launching pad for when the family decide to build the rocket ship. The basement pool and woodworking room is great! The photos of Snowdrop playing with her toy and being helped with her school project are sweet ❤️

Playing the Apocolypse Challenge (modified Poopsie version) in Port Promise, the industrial harbor neighborhood in Evergreen Harbor. Here's my build:
Rooftop. I decided to set aside space for the rocket launching pad since I knew we would need it later.Floor 3. The children's dormitory. Little Snowdrop is playing with her favorite toy.Floor 2. An open space multi-purpose mish mash. Partly a bedroom for the matriarch, Emerald; part nursery (currently unoccupied, but that's about to change); part home office. Snowdrop's mother, Barbara, uses the office part for writing her books.Floor 1. The living/dining room with a half bath in the corner. Uncle Ulisses helps Snowdrop with her school project.Basement 1. Barbara's bedroom also houses a mini-gym corner and an art studio corner.Basement 2. An underground pool.Basement 4. The crypt. I skipped over Basement 3 because it's just a hallway with a bathroom. - JesLet409 months agoSeasoned Ace

The 70s style apartments build is great! 🙂 Very nice exterior design and great interior layout of the apartment areas. The basement level is great for the sims to do their laundry as well as garbage recycling and dumpster diving.

I finished this apartment building for Evergreen Harbor today. It's for my decades challenge, so the idea is 1970s style apartment shells with finished kitchens and bathrooms. I used the in game shell building as a model for layout and building style to make it fit its neighborhood, but with another color for contrast.
This is the building:
From the back:
Inside there are six apartments, three bigger and three smaller.
In the smaller one, the kitchen is small and simple, but functional.
While the kitchen in the bigger apartment is of similar design, but more spacious.
The living room of the bigger apartment also has wooden paneling and large doors to the balcony, making the apartment much lighter than the smaller one:
In the basement there is a joint laundry room, some storage, a utility room and a garbage room for recycling (and dumpster diving):
Can be found on the gallery here. Or by searching my name jeslet40.

Oh yeah absolutely, it wasn't a criticism, I'm glad we'll have a lot of new ones to share in. I'm just sad about all the pictures and ig generally about the new forums xD Excited to be seeing the new threads fill up tho!

Joanne_SnowSimmingalI agree, it's such a shame that it wasn't done properly. But good idea to start over. I might just do the same for my several "show me your..." threads eventually. And we'll have to make a collective effort to save or start new threads for those simmers who are no longer active.
I have nothing in my Evergreen harbor just yet, so I look forward to some inspiration. I am hoping there will be reason for someone in the Whittaker family to move there eventually (70s perhaps with the growing environmental movement?) and then it will be nice to have some inspiration.
Yeah I'm sad that they were not able to migrate the pictures :< I had few of the world build threads myself but I felt like it might be hard for people to recover everything so might be easier to start over with clean threads on these

These posts just remind me that all my EP build threads are now empty shells without any of the many pictures still in them simmers have contributed for years. God I hate these forums
