Welcome to Pixel Acres! A naturalist commune which is a re-design of the "nudist colony" lot from The Sims Bustin' Out. This version is a residential so I couldn't apply the "Clothing Optional" Trait... but can easily be converted to a public lot with the trait.
Some things I am proud of, my functional, in-ground, "hot spring", and the outdoor shower. It is completely play-tested, and no cc!

Lot Description- Retreat into the ultimate #naturalist experience. Pixel Acres offers a life of relaxtion and free love. Take a soak in the hot springs, nuture and tend to the garden, and enjoy the fruit of your labors, or simply just bask in the warmth of the sun. There are no rules at #PixelAcres, even clothing is optional. A redesign of The Sims #BustinOut lot-- #NudistColony #Conservationist #PlayTested #MOO #NoCC. **This is the #ResidentialVersion (no Clothing Opt. lot trait)**
