What did you do with your Newcrest? What kind of community is it? Who lives there? What style of buildings do you have there? Super curious to see what you've done with this map, and what your builds look like.

For me, I imagine Newcrest being quite close to the city, with a very city-like architecture with lots of apartments and street houses in Llama Lagoon and Bridgeview, but with affluent villas in the older Ridgeline Drive. The houses along Ridgeline Drive are built to resemble the shell houses on the other side of the street to keep consistent with style.
One of the buildings that I am really pleased with how it came out is this apartment building. It sits on Avarice Acres and houses six rental units (+ 1 small one that could be turned into its own if you want). The top floor is communal with a gym/relax/hang out space. I really like that I managed to build the house using almost only things from the Base Game, although interior design in the various apartments are from different packs.
