View of left side of the home... A hot spring, all-year garden, cozy 'gazebo', telescope, firepit, and benches to enjoy it all.
...and a bridge/pathway that exits from the 4-seasons porch, and includes additional tables/seating for summer dining/guests.
As you enter the front door (and leave the entryway), you will enjoy the vaulted/open area with generous windows and lighting, plenty of seating for family and guests, and open floor plan...
Behind the living room fireplace is another fireplace with the bar and dining room area. One side of the dining area opens to the bathroom and mudroom. Off the ding area on the other side is the kitchen (the 4-season porch is on the 4th side of this area).
The four-seasons porch features a fireplace, seating, opens to the generous bridge/pathway with additional tables and seating for guests...
This is the opening above the living room that leads to the 2nd bedroom upstairs.

It is a lovely country restaurant! @cbarber89 🙂The exterior design and layout are great! Very nice rooftop bar patio. The interior and outdoors patio dining areas are lovely. The kitchen design is great.

- @RheaFallout Its certainly giving the gnomes arms a run for its money 🙂 my elder sim bought it, maybe hand down to the family or sell it on and share the profit with the grandchildren 🙂 only annoying thing about dine out tho is it's a 50/50 chance wether other Sims will get their food before 5 hours or not 🤣🤣. Build items are greta tho, used the glass half wall trim that came with it in countless builds.
I struggle with roofs sometimes, especially if it's a diagonal wall or an odd shape, so I like to push my limit with it 🙂
