@chris2fer03 - I like all your newest builds. Of the four, I think midmod is my favorite followed by blue midmod. I think I'm must a sucker for clean lines and flat roofs. However, I think modernesque studio shows a lot of inspiration and has the most character because in my opinion it seems the most original of the four. And it was really clever to use the diagonal rooms to add square footage to the studio. I definitely can see one of my artist sims living here.
