Loki you have created some amazing homes. I personally don't have problems with sunken rooms, but my latop is fast and made to my specs. Some slower computers might have loading issues. As far as your crashing problems, search the forums for 'deleting Sim 4 cache files'. Read thoroughly, and see if this helps. Keep building. AND....upload!!!
