Both The New American and Modern Brook are very nice homes! @Christi83 :) The New American reflects well the inspiration picture! The brickwork texture of the exterior looks nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home. Very nice design of the kitchen! . It looks nice how you have placed the cabinets in the kitchen. The fruit bowl, knife set and mugs rack on the kitchen counters are nice kitchen touches there. Very nice window dining area for sims to enjoy the sunlight coming in whilst eating their meals. Very nice kids bedroom! It looks great how you have placdd the toy items on the wall shelf there, and the teddy looks cute! Nice art nook corner area for sims to child sims to enjoy doing art work on the art table there. Very nice master bedroom! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets there and created the vanity table! Great study desk nook area there for sims to enjoy sitting using the computer. The bathroom is very nice! The candles, tissue box and photo frame on the shelves look homely and nice there., and the pictures on the walls are nice for sims to see when in the bathroom. It looks nice the type of wall lights that you have used there. It looks nice how you have double sinks and mirrors in the bathroom. Very nice living room! It looks nice how you have placed the sofas there for sims to enjoy sitting in front of the fire and having a chat or watching tv. The wooden flooring looks nice.The grand piano music nook area is very nice! It looks great how you have placed the musical themed pictures on the walls there. Sims will enjoy sitting on the sofa seats listening to the music being played. Sims will have fun playing chess on the side wall there. The clothes stand near the front door is a nice homely touch. It is great that you have pool in your build! The turtles look great on the base of the pool! Child sims will have fun playing on the monkey bars. The other children's bedroom looks very nice! It looks great how you have placed the different sized elephant pictures on the bedhead wall. The fruit pictures look nice on the side wall of the bedroom. Very nice exterior design of Modern Brook! The roofing looks great! It looks very nice how you have done the windows in the build! Very nice back patio area for sims to enjoy cooking on the grill and eating their meal outdoors in the sunshine at the table there. Very nice furnishing of this home too! Very nice study desk nook area under the staircase! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table using the computer there, and at the same time enjoy looking at the outdoors views through the window. It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets, bookcase and counter in the bedroom to create a very nice vanity table nook! The butterflies picture, the toiletries and the mirror look nice there, and the birds pictures on the side wall add to the nice look of the room. The flowers in the bathroom are nice for sims to see when coming to have a shower. There are many nice details in this home, but I had better not keep writing and make this an even longer post!
