Share Your Redecorated Lots HERE
I took some time to redecorate Wyvern Hall in Britechester-U. Normally, all I do is add some needed accoutrements, such as a mini-ridge with microwave atop, and a couple of counters. This time, beyond just that, I decided the whole place needed fresh walls and flooring. Plus, as an added bonus, rather than use the shower stalls I just learned were available, I added a wall in front of both stalls and put in the standard bathroom doors. Lighting, of course was added to each shower stall. Privacy is something I personally enjoy. And why shouldn't my young Global Superstar be allowed to shower in peace? I even added some drapery to make the place look less dour.
This is just a sampling of what I have done. I ended up changing the wall-treatment in the TV room. It's not that blue/gray stuff anymore, but in brown tones, instead. You'll notice there's a banquet table. This is for those occasions your Sims want to throw a party. Since they can't have so much as a hot-plate in the Dorm, this will provide food for the guests. :) This has just now been uploaded to the Gallery, should any be interested. Unfortunately, it's listed under cc. Can't quite figure out why, since to my knowledge I only used stuff from the packs I own. I do have mods, and Erik does have a contraption combination Karaoke machine and microphone from Road to Fame on his person, but I don't know. If something looks off from the photos below, let me know, so I can change it and re-upload. Thank you. (Just noticed the second half of the dorm isn't sporting window dressing. :open_mouth: I must have taken these photos prior to finishing the job. )
