  • I haven't really gotten to play San Sequoia yet, but I have built one thing that I really like, a water park. It's called Hounds Head Waterpark in the gallery because it was first built for Brindleton, but I subsequently moved it to the large lot by the splash pads in San Sequoia where it has lived ever since.

It features a big main pool with waterslides (unfortunately not functional) and jump towers, a children's splash pool area with seating for parents, a treehouse and one of those sliders from the back yard pack, and a more adult relax area with a hot tup, sun loungers and a massage table. Changing rooms and a vendor is indoors for eating.

Hounds Head Waterpark is a great waterpark!JesLet40 🙂 The design and layout are very nice!  Very nice large pool and waterslide. The kids play area with pirate ship  is great!

  • When I went to SF for real this summer, I fell in love with the city! (I just wish it didn't take me so long to get there. Flying far is really NOT my thing). We lived quite close to Fort Mason, and on my morning walks I often passed it. So when it was time for WW2 in my game, I made a Fort Mason inspired build for San Sequoia and named it Fort Robles from the lot it was on. Now that we're past WW2 I decided to remake it into an art centre instead for the Beat generation artists. This is what I ended up with:

First the entire lot and buildings:

Going from left to write, building 1 houses a gallery on the bottom floor, and an artist studio on the upper floor:

The second, or middle building, houses a bar/"bookshop"/jazzclub in the bottom and then a photo studio and two bubble blower rooms upstairs:

The third and final building houses a restaurant and a "theatre" on the ground floor, and a kids area and a "dance studio" (yoga studio) upstairs:

I'm quite pleased with the solution for the restaurant. Easy to make functional even within an art centre but it still looks like a restaurant and I can sort of "forget" about the self serving counter behind the dividers. I also liked that I got ample use of the kits we have, especially artist studio, book nook and bistro. I also didn't use any CC at all. Now to play test it and if it works as intended upload it to the gallery.

The Fort Robles art centre is very great! 🙂 The exterior design of the build is great, and the way you have furnished each building and level is lovely! It is very nice the way you have designed each area and level for different activities. The restaurant is very nice for dining indoors and outside, and the theatre is great!
