Working on a department store for Magnolia Promenade. Neighboring s commerical store front will have a designer makeup brand store, gallery. Apartments photo studio and agency offices on upper levels.luxury brand makeup, fragrances, with make sections. theres even an organic fragrance brand and a custom fragrance brand. More in the back including skincare and designer jewelry.Shoes and handbags on the second floor

The Magnolia Promenade Department store looks very lovely! 🙂The design, layout and furnishing of each area, level and section is very nice! The makeup, fragrance and jewellery section looks very stylish and great black and white colours. The shoes and handbags areas are lovely. Very nice design of the cafe level. Sims will enjoy having a drink and food there whilst visiting the store to do their shopping, as well as catch up with friends and have a chat there. The blue and white colours are very nice and very nice booths for dining as well as tables and chairs.
