Just stopping by with some pictures of the house that I'm building for my newest 'Orphan Teen' who is now a young adult. His name is Isaias Cannon. The build is modeled after house plan that I saw in my Facebook news feed.
This is the exterior view. The room to the right of the front step was a garage in the original house plan but since Sims 4 doesn't have cars (yet), it will probably used for his Jungle Explorer aspiration at least until there's need to decorate the basement. The exterior uses the Basics, Art Deco & Industrial decor styles with grey stone siding and a green steel roof and green trimmed windows.
Here are some pictures of the open concept entry/living/dining/kitchen room of Isaias's new home using shades of green, gray & yellow. The decor styles include Farmhouse, Industrial & Basics with touches of Art Deco
Since Isaias is a cat lover, I'm planning to add an orphan calico cat that I found while scrolling through the 'Other Households' in Manage World after finishing my visit with Eugi & Giovannia to his household so I've added pet items to the build.
This is Isaias's new laundry/pet room that is to the left of the entry. It uses the Queen Anne & Basics decor styles in shades of gray & red.
An overview layout of the main floor of Isaias's new home. The stairs to the basement are in his jungle explorer/hobby room. Hope to get his bedroom and main bath decorated today along with some yard work so that Isaias can move into his new home.
The home that you are building for Isaias is looking lovely! 🙂The open plan design of the living, dining and kitchen area is very nice and very lovely furnishing! The yellow, green and grey colors give a very nice look and feel to the area and the wall pattern is pretty. It is great that you are planning for him to have a pet cat. The laundry and pet room that you have designed for the cat is great, and nice touches of pet items in the other home areas.
