The hobby room is looking great! 🙂Very nice brown, yellow and pink colours. The gym corner is very nice. It is a great area for him to work out to keep fit. He will enjoy also sitting there reading books. I hope that he will enjoy learning to do jewellery crafting and flower arranging, and go well increasing those skills if decides that likes doing them. The wall pattern is lovely.

Ojenn​ Nice to see you stop by and hope that you're doing well.  Great work so far on the home renovations for the Goth family and I'm sure that they will enjoy living in their new house.

FairlyFairyXOXO​ The beginning of your new restaurant look great and look forward to seeing the finished project.  The fencing gives the lot the needed construction look so that visitors to the area use caution as they pass by and keep them from getting hurt.

Just stopping by with a couple of pictures of the downstairs hobby room in Archer Han's home.  Since he's not fussy when it comes to decor styles except for 'Boho' which he strongly dislikes, I didn't specify which categories to use when randomly choosing the wall & floor coverings.  Specified Archer's favorite colors of 'brown, yellow & pink', though and apparently this wallpaper comes up as 'brown' although I think it leans more to the 'dark red' side especially before adding the decor.  When choosing the furnishings & decor items,  I made sure that none were classified as 'Boho'.    Here are the pictures that I took of this WIP room so far and will figure out what to put in the rest of the room as Archer develops more hobby skills or has need of them like a music corner or some type of game.  

This is Archer's workout/wellness corner with a stereo,  bookshelf and some other decor items under the stairs to make that part more like a small storage corner.

Put a computer desk in the alcove between the future bathroom and extra bedroom.  After Archer had gotten a collection of flowers in his inventory and finding his first gem, I decided to place the 'gem' and floral arranging table along that wall in case he takes a liking to those skills. The room is decorated in shades of brown (Build mode did not classify the wall or floor coverings as red even though they look like it) & pink.

The construction site that you have designed around your build is great! 🙂The crane,wood fencing and the scaffolding reflects a real life construction building site very well!

I started to build this back in 2018 but I kept hitting new obstacles, until eventually I just gave up on it and just left it there 🙃

Recently I figured ill just put up a construction site mock up around it to make it look better ;p

Oh nice its actually a cool idea to make a building for us to restore xD Tho I am going to build a housing estate there ;p

The entryway of the Estate is lovely!🙂The double door is very grand and very nice grey, black, and white room colours. The unicorn patterned rug looks great  in the room. Very nice room design and lovely furnishing. The sofa seating is very nice for sims to sit snd read books from the bookcase, and the boots are a nice home touch under the sofa,

Isaias’ bedroom looks very elegant 🙂Very nice red and white room colours, and the wall pattern is very nice. The floral patterned rug is pretty and lovely tapestry wall banners. The window study desk is very nice for him to enjoy looking out through the windows at the views whilst using the computer. The greenery are nice touches of nature. The outdoors dining porch is very nice to enjoy cooking and eating meals outside.

Just finished decorating Isaias's bedroom using mainly the Queen Anne, Basics & Art Deco style categories using red & white with greenery in the plants and the wall ivy with nighttime white stars.  There's some shelving for some of Isaias's future treasure finds that will fit.

This is the side deck off the kitchen that I decorated & furnished for outdoor dining.

Here is the yard decor that I've done so far for Isaias including a chicken coop and animal shed.  Will probably plant his fruit trees to the left of the house and maybe put a few of the Cottage Living in ground garden garden plots for larger plants if needed.  Isaias' doesn't like Patio decor so have avoided using items from there as well as things with the color 'brown' in them since that's the only color that he dislikes.

That's all for now and will probably do his hobby room another time but at least Isaias can move in now.

His bathroom is lovely! 🙂The outdoors and jungle theme with the plants,candles and ivy is great, and the green and yellow/gold colours are very nice. Very lovely furnishing. The flower patterned rug adds a nice touch to the room.
