Hi Everyone,

Hope you're having a Superb Saturday!

Just stopping by with pictures of the downstairs hobby room that I decorated for Orphan Kiano Ibarra last night so that he would have a place to put the new recycler machine to comply with the Upcycling Initiative neighborhood action plan after the Inspector told him that his bills would continue to go up if he didn't.  I also added a narrow octagon room outline for the dot over the 'i' under the deck that's off the kitchen.  That will be a small bathroom with a shower, toilet & sink while the other outlined room in the basement will be for a future bedroom if and when needed.   The room is decorated in shades of blue & white with touches of black and uses the Farmhouse, Industrial, Events & Contemporary decor categories with a couple of  Modern exercise machines since Kiano has taken a liking to 'fitness'.

It took awhile to get the wall decor by the staircase to work but I think the farm animal wall decorations work under the painting.  Used the 'event' wall plant decor that I found in the 'plants' section for wall accents for something different.

Left some shelf space for collectibles that Kiano might find as time goes on.  The room has been shared to my gallery under the name 'Contemporary Events' in someone who may have downloaded the 'Ivory 'i'yes Reimagined' build from gallery wants to add it to their game.   Due to lack of space, Kiano (I) opted not to get him the Fabricator at this time unless I add a third floor in the future or he could make items elsewhere that has that machine.

The decor that I did under the stairs.  I wish that the room would share with the staircase but if someone doesn't need the stairs then that area would be perfect for a desk, play corner for kids or other things if needed.

Their side deck is very nice! 🙂The brown and red colours are lovely and the hanging flowers/herbs and ivy are very nice on the walls. The furnishing is very nice. Wendy will enjoy cooking and dining there, as well as painting on the easel.

Just stopping by with the pictures of Wendy Goodwich's now decorated side deck with a grilling & outdoor dining and an easel for her to make nature related paintings when inspired to do so.  The first two pictures were taken using the 'tab' button (in game) camera method due to the smaller space.  In the second photo, the deck columns seem to be missing but they are not but just faded out with the zoomed in camera.

Her bedroom is very nice! 🙂The black and white colours with touches of orange are great. The tree wallpaper, spider webs,wall art and stars go well together. The insect lights are great either sides of the webs. The flowers on the bedside tables,drawers and on the wall shelves are pretty.

Just stopping by with pictures of the bedroom I decorated for Mathew & Alice's youngest daughter, Kerri who just celebrated her childhood birthday and is now all ready for school.  Although Kerri won't  have favorite decor styles until she's a teenager, they will probably include Art Deco, Mid Century, Cute (carpet) and of course, the Basics. These were the categories used in decorating her room except for the wall covering which doesn't have a specific style associated with it.  

The room uses three of Kerri's favorite colors, Black & White with touches of Orange.

Their family room is lovely! 🙂The gold and white colours and the marble wallpaper looks very elegant. The curtains are pretty. The furnishing of each area is lovely. They will enjoy playing music on the pipe organ or piano or playing games there, as well as keeping fit on the treadmill.

Just stopping by with some pictures of the third floor family/hobby landing area that I decorated for Mathew & Alice Villa's home using Queen Anne, Boho, Mid Century & Modern decor style items along with the Basics.

Used a mixture of yellow, orange and white for the color scheme with some greenery.  Tried a different combination of corner decor items.

That's all for now and I should have an update from my visit with the family once it's finished later today.

Your renovation of Copperdale High school is lovely! 🙂The exterior design and the layout are great! Very nice warm brown and white colours. The windows that you have used are very nice. It is great that there are three levels. It sounds a great place for the students to learn and work on many different skills.

This is the third time I've renovated the Copperdale High School for this save- this time was an exterior reno only, I added a third floor and changed the exterior design but kept all the rooms I'd redone before.

My high school includes rooms for almost every skill, but I've got a couple left to finish, and then the third floor is mostly empty space waiting for new skills to be added to the game! Ongoing WIP that I'll continue adding to as new content comes out. Honestly amazed I've stuck with one save so long I'm on my third renovation!
