Your Gibbi Point Motel WIP is looking lovely! 🙂The exterior design and layout are great! The pool patio is very nice. Sims will enjoy swimming there. The layout of the interior is great.

The hobby room is looking very nice! 🙂The red, green and white colours are lovely. It is great that Clyde will enjoy doing apothecary and pottery there. The fireplace area is very nice and restful for sitting and relaxing after a busy day.

Just stopping by with pictures of Clyde's downstairs hobby room that I started decorating last night.  So far it has a recycling and apothecary corner along with a sitting area by the fireplace.  There is also a pottery corner for when Clyde gets around to trying that skill.   The area uses the Farmhouse, Modern, Storybook, Patio, Queen Anne decor styles in red, green & white.

Kiano’s bathroom is lovely 🙂It is great that it is an octagonal shape, although that makes it a bit harder to furnish. The blue and white room colours are very nice and lovely furnishing. The balloons and streamers are a nice touch and it looks great the way the shelving is on the walls either sides of the sink. The plants are nice nature touches.

Hope you're all having a Splendid Sunday!  Just stopping by with pictures of the little octagon bath that I decorated for the downstairs in Kiano Ibarra's home at the beginning of my visit with him last evening.

It can be tricky decorating small, different shaped rooms like this especially due to Kiano's dislike for 'Basics'.  Tried out different wall decor items for accents using different shades of  blue and white colors.  The room features mainly decor items from the Industrial, Contemporary & Events categories along with touches of  Art Deco, Cosmolux and Farmhouse.

Ended up having to remove the extra towels from under the sink as they interfered with Kiano being able to wash his hands.

The outdoors dining porch is lovely! 🙂The layout is very nice and lovely furnishing. The dining table nook is very nice to enjoy eating outdoors, and the sunny sunflowers are pretty 🌼
The greenhouse is very nice 🙂The nature themed fairy forest wallpaper suits the greenhouse well. It looks great how you have set up the planters and gardening boxes, and very nice outdoors gardening area.

Was finally able to get my old Foley family into their new home.  Fletcher Foley was one of my 'Alphabet Sim' series of four years ago.  Funny enough, it was on April 18, 2022 that I uploaded his household to my gallery so I guess it's a good time to bring him back with his wife, Arihi and their two young children Rory & baby daughter, Kendall back to continue to continue their lives.  They will be one of the anchor households in the Valley Gold save.

Here are the pictures of the covered entry deck that I finished decorating as well as their new greenhouse.  Now that there are decor preferences, it's looking like 'Storybook' will be one of their newly discovered favorites.

Here's the porch area with outdoor grilling & dining, chess table and the easel that was kept from the previous build.  This area features decor from the French Country, Patio, Mission, Storybook and Farmhouse categories

The greenhouse features the Garden, Basics, Patio, Storybook in green & gray with touches of light brown and pink in the wallpaper.

Each of the rooms and areas look lovely! ❤️They complement each other well. The warm green, brown and yellow colours are very nice and lovely furnishing.  The layout of both floors of the home is very nice. The leafy greenery in the rooms are nice touches of nature 💗

Hope you're all having a Super Saturday!

Just stopping by with pictures of the upstairs landing area in the Foley home that I redecorated last night.  I also found a bathroom in my gallery that works for the main floor.  Plan to decorate the first floor deck and greenhouse before moving the Foley family in. Plan to redo the upstairs bath at another time, perhaps on a Rebate day.  Hope to leave the master bedroom the same but am not sure if I'll change their son, Rory's future bedroom.  He's still a toddler.

This is the bathroom that I found in my gallery.  It was decorated a long time ago and I forget which house it was in but it was before the decor styles came out.  Made a few changes including new a new curtain but overall it looks the same.  Figured out that the decor furnishings fit into the Mid Century, Shabby, Queen Anne, Boho, Mission, Modern, and Island categories.  Forgot to take a picture of the other side of the room.

This picture and the next  are overall views of the main floor with the decorated rooms.

These next five pictures are of the upstairs landing that features the Storybook, Basics, French Country, Queen Anne, Mid Century and  Suburban decor styles with touches of  Cute .  The room uses shades of green, yellow and browns.

Moved the toy box up from the living room to make room for an infant floor mat down there.
