Show me your most downloaded lot, household, or room

I'd love to see what is your one most downloaded item. Funny enough my most downloaded item is a lot, but it was my very first Shell, in other words there is no landscaping, no floor plan, no furni...

My most downloaded lot is potion plants. Then always keep plants and then a pool.

If you want a room with all the flowers in game, (to this date) I put them in a room on a tiny lot I called Flower Megots.
