For a more organized view of all my creations, please visit my website at icanhassims.weebly.com. Those pages will also have direct links to my creations on the EA Gallery website making it easy for you to favorite and download. I promise it'll be much easier to find things on there. But I figured I'd go ahead and recreate some of what I have on my website here as well.
The next few threads in this post will link to some of my:
This tier 1 tiny cabin is a hermit's dream! Not only does the square footage guarantee people will leave you alone (though the rare guest may be welcome to enjoy some roasted marshmallows), but it's also situated in the middle of a huge forest. All items are functional off-grid because this lot is remote enough that it's off the electrical power system. Enjoy the inside plumbing or take advantage of the natural #pond out back. Food can be cooked both indoors and out.
@icanhassims Wonderful builds! My favorite part is in the pink house where you have the heart shaped island. So cute! You're also really great at landscaping! I absolutely love what you've done with the ponds in your builds.

This commune is a flashback to San Francisco in the late '60s. The city may have moved on but this group of hippies & their kids are determined to hold onto their roots. The group is made up of four kids, one teenager, three parents, & two couples. They do their best to grow their own food, as much as one can living in a big city, and enjoy having company over to tune in and chill out in their large backyard. At the Museum of Simstory you can travel back in time to ancient civilizations and work your way up through the three levels of time. Witness the advances in technology and read about significant historical markers along the way. It's important to know where simkind came from and contemplate where it might go next.
Starter BungalowEA Gallery Link https://icanhassims.weebly.com/uploads/1/6/7/5/16754788/00-filled-1_8_orig.jpg
My first uploaded creation, this chic little bungalow is the perfect starter for a small family. The first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom/bath, a small office, as well as the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is also a small laundry/mudroom at the back of the kitchen leading out to the small patio behind the house. The second floor is dedicated to two adolescent/teen bedrooms, complete with shared play space!
Nothing says St. Patrick's Day like a good 'ol Irish pub. Except this one caters to a richer crowd. Inside you'll find the longest bar in all of Simdom and plenty of game tables at which to try out the luck of the Irish. Upstairs you can enjoy a more subdued atmosphere and reminisce about the old country. Shamrock art by @rosemow.
The Stallion Saloon is an old fashioned cowboy bar with drinking and music downstairs and two "ladies" rooms upstairs for gentlemen callers. Out back you'll find a place for the ladies to do their laundry as well as a small fire to tell ghost stories around.
Enjoy your favorite cup of coffee at the Daisy Cafe. This building's #unique design isn't the only thing worth seeing. This open-air cafe has spaces for dining, studying, and even an open sky #performance area on the roof! Whether you're going to speed read with your study group or hang out with your social club, the Daisy Cafe is ready for you.
Hire a barista or handle the orders on your own. Bake your own pastries and cupcakes downstairs and eat them upstairs. Both inside and (warmed) outside seating. Second floor has a performance area for open mic nights and local performers. Also, a great place to study!
