How did your sims become parents without woohoo'ing in the first place? Did your sims adopt them?

Woohoo! is optional, like most things ingame. You can prevent your sims from doing anything, including woohoo'ing in any location, even if/when they do add more locations for woohoo! :)

You need to let your sims live a little! :smiley:

i make all my sims familys in advance 1 and 2 if i prefer to keep my sims in there home and not send them to town its my choice and second just so you know i will never let my sims age as i keep aging and death turn off

Of course, it's your choice, just like it's everyone elses choice to do what they want to do with their Sims!

There was another debate on optional features in TS4, and I think the best solution would be more options in the game menu, that lets you tailor the game further, i.e enabling or disabling specific features, perhaps such as, woohoo'ing in weird places, or tattoos etc. :)
