ENTRY DETAILS: I just love these guys, they are super fun! Over all they both take care of the house they've moved into, and really enjoy being in each others company. They really do compliment each other and have a knack for making other sims smile. They've turned my little Willow Creek into something it's never been before - a giddy and fun-loving environment.

ENTRY DETAILS: Dr. Chow Chen met Mike in the city. It was a bit of a whirlwind romance when Mike proposed shortly after they got together, Chow was thrilled and even more honored that Mike changed his name to Chen. Chow and Mike were already both heading for success in their fields and but when it came to the most important priorities of life, they agreed that, though they could be conventionally successful in the big city, they wanted a slower and more in-touch life--and when children came along, they knew they wanted more green space to raise them. Dr. Chen is a bit more stylish than Mike, with Mike's style being a bit more relaxed.

The Chens have a dream: they want to live with quality of life and feel a connection with the earth that was not possible in the whirlwind of their jobs in the city and their high-rise apartment. Both know the value of practicing their vocations in a small community where they can get to know their clients and patients in more integrated way. They know their "chrysanthemum dog," Tang Tang, will appreciate a garden to explore. ENTRY DETAILS: I was inspired by images I researched of rural dwellings in China. For the interior, I used traditional Chinese or Asian-style furnishings and decorative items with pops of red, but included a modern kitchen. I thoroughly tested the lot by playing through an entire year.

ENTRY DETAILS: A simply designed farmhouse with simple furnishings, keeping the concept of a simple lifestyle, in mind. The main floor has a large eat-in kitchen, cozy living room, full bath and master bedroom. The upper level has two guest bedrooms, a full bath and a study nook in the landing area. There are porches at both the front and rear of the home for relaxing. The back porch has a chess table and easel. The enclosed garden has perfect quality fruits and veggies, for healthy eating and tasteful cooking. Meandering paths wind through lovely gardens and to a fishing pond. There is a yoga mat and meditation stool out back for the Chens to use, to keep fit both in body and soul.

ENTRY DETAILS: I went with a bit of a modern take on a farmhouse for the Chens. It has the classic lines and built-over-time look of a farmhouse with a metal roof to add clean lines and black painted mullions to add a graphic look to the architecture. The building also includes a home office with its own entrance from the front porch so Dr. & Mr. Chen can see patients and clients in their new home. The interior reflects a more modern take with a little eclecticism and sleekness to keep it from looking too "country kitsch" and with little to no clutter, keeping with a simpler lifestyle and modern living. A large patio with stone walls allows for outdoor living when the weather permits with a seating area, a dining area, and a grill. The second room upstairs, which can serve as a nursery when the Chens are ready, is currently set up as a guest bedroom/office. The kitchen has open shelving as homage to the kitchens of yesteryear but the simple shelves reflect modern sensibilities and the lack of upper cabinets keeps the kitchen feeling open. The greenhouses are divided into flowers and ingredients. The orchard is fenced in on the right side of the house. All plants are perfect quality. The shed includes a flower arranging table and a woodworking table.

ENTRY DETAILS: Sunflower Farm is a renovated heritage barn complete with silo and greenhouse shed. The barn has been lovingly converted to a rustic 2-story 2-bedroom farmhouse with loft. Adjoining the barn used to be a store, which has now been converted to the offices of the Chens. A doctor's office for Dr. Chen and a law office for Mr. Chen. Both offices share a restroom. The silo houses a tool shed and woodworking area for Mr. Chen to relax and create some wood sculptures. There is a greenhouse shed and a huge garden for Dr. Chen to grow her prized tomatoes as well as several other vegetables and herbs. There are also fruit trees and a fishing pond on the property.

ENTRY DETAILS: Welcome Home!! Peaceful Place is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom cottage, in Tudor Style, created for #BnS99. Decorated in calming earth tones this cottage is perfect for those wanting to forget about life in the city. An office downstairs for Mr Cheng to help local residents with their legal issues, a large modern medical practice for Dr Cheng to continue with their medical practice. Upstairs the master bedroom has an attached bathroom, there is a single bedroom and family bathroom up here as well as a bonus room, which has been fitted out as a games room. Outside there is a potting shed, a sheltered table and chairs to enjoy a meal al fresco and a large area with perfect plants in the back garden. Made with Get Together, Get To Work and Dine Out only.

ENTRY DETAILS: Dr. Gang Chen and his husband Jawlong Chen, a prominent lawyer decided they needed a simpler life than the fast-paced one they were living in San Myshuno, so they moved to a traditional farm in Windenburg (Songshu Nonchang) to begin again with their cat, Hui. During their first year on the farm, they found a stray fox (Jiaohuá) and added it to the family. And after a year, they decided it was time to adopt a child, so teenager, Lánhua joined the family!

ENTRY DETAILS: A simply designed farmhouse with simple furnishings, keeping the concept of a simple lifestyle, in mind. The main floor has a large eat-in kitchen, cozy living room, full bath and master bedroom. The upper level has two guest bedrooms, a full bath and a study nook in the landing area. There are porches at both the front and rear of the home for relaxing. The back porch has a chess table and easel. The enclosed garden has perfect quality fruits and veggies, for healthy eating and tasteful cooking. Meandering paths wind through lovely gardens and to a fishing pond. There is a yoga mat and meditation stool out back for the Chens to use, to keep fit both in body and soul.

ENTRY DETAILS: I went with a bit of a modern take on a farmhouse for the Chens. It has the classic lines and built-over-time look of a farmhouse with a metal roof to add clean lines and black painted mullions to add a graphic look to the architecture. The building also includes a home office with its own entrance from the front porch so Dr. & Mr. Chen can see patients and clients in their new home. The interior reflects a more modern take with a little eclecticism and sleekness to keep it from looking too "country kitsch" and with little to no clutter, keeping with a simpler lifestyle and modern living. A large patio with stone walls allows for outdoor living when the weather permits with a seating area, a dining area, and a grill. The second room upstairs, which can serve as a nursery when the Chens are ready, is currently set up as a guest bedroom/office. The kitchen has open shelving as homage to the kitchens of yesteryear but the simple shelves reflect modern sensibilities and the lack of upper cabinets keeps the kitchen feeling open. The greenhouses are divided into flowers and ingredients. The orchard is fenced in on the right side of the house. All plants are perfect quality. The shed includes a flower arranging table and a woodworking table.

ENTRY DETAILS: Sunflower Farm is a renovated heritage barn complete with silo and greenhouse shed. The barn has been lovingly converted to a rustic 2-story 2-bedroom farmhouse with loft. Adjoining the barn used to be a store, which has now been converted to the offices of the Chens. A doctor's office for Dr. Chen and a law office for Mr. Chen. Both offices share a restroom. The silo houses a tool shed and woodworking area for Mr. Chen to relax and create some wood sculptures. There is a greenhouse shed and a huge garden for Dr. Chen to grow her prized tomatoes as well as several other vegetables and herbs. There are also fruit trees and a fishing pond on the property.
