I am currently going through the original post by @Nicarra60 and adding any new challenges in the comments that hadn't been added to the main list.
I also posted some suggestions by @EuphorialQueen in the top post, on how to create a new challenge. Excellent advice to read!
Finally, I've split the challenge links into different posts by challenge types. I kept a couple of reserved spots in case more come up.
