Goodness, @kremesch73! You've been busy! Kudos for giving yourself the extra challenge of no rewards. So far, although Yunique (my Challenge Sim) has been accruing points, she hasn't spent any. I think I may go your route and see if she can do this without them.

Lol. Yeah. They were 8k a pop and really helped with property value :)
My little 8x8 house was too small to hold anything else of value. That was also part of my personal challenge. ;)
