I bought Carnegie one reward trait at the end of week one, Creative Visionary. I may buy more in the future, but I'm sitting on her other 2000 points for now. I'm just waiting for a moment when I think, "hey, you know what would be really handy right now?".
And I personally don't like the reward traits that make sims seem... less human. I think the game is more fun when you have needs to fulfill.
