Poor Yunique, literally and figuratively. She has just one last milestone for Painter, but for the life of her, she can't create masterpieces anymore. She made 4 of them before it became a milestone -- since then, she's made 1. Oh well,back to the drawing boar... easel. /sigh

The difference is the value of the lot the house is sitting on.

Oy! Of course! That makes perfect sense. Thanks! Hmmm makes me think she should have purchased a different lot.

I wonder if something is wrong with your save. My girl created several small paintings on the easel and pit them on the wall. They registered for that particular aspiration. After purchasing items, your lot value should go up and stay up. Is there anything in your household inventory or sim's inventory that might be causing an issue?

She's not currently on the Fortune Aspiration. She's still working Creative. I wonder if that might be the issue. If/when she ever finishes up, perhaps I'll switch her to Fortune to see. I'd do it now but that would break the rules (no switching until/unless an Aspiration is impossible to complete). As far as the lot value decreasing, I assume it's due to depreciation. When you sell back used items, you never get back the original purchase price. She hasn't bought very much since she started the Challenge (saving her pennies for a major shopping/upgrading spree), so it makes sense. At least to me it does. As you suggested, I'll double check her inventories, though.
