Having played nearly every aspiration in the game already, I do believe you have to have the Mansion Baron Aspiration to see the true values and have your windows, columns, etc... registered.
The good news is you don't need to change the aspiration you're currently on to receive those rewards. When you change to Mansion Baron, it will automatically recognize your achievements and reward you for them (provided they're still on the lot).
Sorry, I didn't realize you weren't on the Mansion Baron Aspiration when you were mentioning those issues before. Just go ahead and do the aspiration you're playing. You should be fine when you make the switch.
