Sims 4 Room Challenge

I wonder if katoregama realised what he was onto when he made this challenge (im assuming he, based on the avi). This would be a really good challenge for any new players to get stuck into as it makes you look for things you wouldn't normally think about in general game play, house value and depreciation for instance or what are actually the best traits to achieve a certain goal, what makes the most money working from home and how to fulfil your sims needs most effectively, plus some building thrown in for good measure.
