I saved her to my library then added her into my generation family, where she hit the treadmill big time! A few days later she is beautifully trim and in love with one of the family's sons. Here she is on her wedding day.

And @SimPoseyYum, you can check Mansion Baron at any time. It won't register changes to tracking unless you make it active, so you can switch it over to have it register your progress as you like. The no switching aspirations really just applies to everything else. I mean, I don't want players like, working on one aspiration for a bit, and then suddenly their sim needs food, so they switch to the culinary aspiration, make some grilled cheese sandwiches, then switch back. That doesn't seem fair.

But as every player must complete Mansion Baron, there's no harm in activating it to check progress, then changing back to your current aspiration. If you don't, it would be very difficult to judge when you've completed one of its tasks.
