Thanks moongodess and SimPoseyYum :) It felt a bit cheaty cos it brings your fun up as well as social at the same time I was raging cos I didn't think of it till week 3 and keeping social up the first few weeks was so tough. And I didn't buy much for the house till near the very end to avoid depreciation as much as possible.
