Be careful if you have the set up with the fence around the mailbox. My Sim went out to get the mail, and the mailman had not walked away yet. I noticed in the queue that my Sim was planning on Friendly Introduction. I clicked it off and banished my Sim into the house before she could actually speak to the mailman, but I was that close to blowing 3 Sim weeks of work!
