OK, here are my points so far:
I am just starting week 4: -27 points
I have 2 skills to level 10 and 10 levels of Aspirations done: +70

My Sim is almost done with the second level of Mansion Baron, but she only has about $40,000 to spend right now, so I'm having a tough time getting the home worth of $100,000 (she's currently at almost $66,000).
