Ashleigh was painting a series of emotional paintings for the wall and lot of them turned out to masterpieces. She stopped when she got to the point where she needed to eat and have a long conversation with some shrubbery and I realised that she had enough money to get her mansion to the 350K mark.

She loves the outdoors so I opened it up.
Adding the columns.
Columns didn't really fit with what I was doing with the house so I added them and then deleted them when they were ticked off for the aspiration.
I have uploaded the house and Ashleigh to the gallery (my Origin user id is Truet318). None of the paintings, space scenes and plants were included in the save (but the dirty plate Ashleigh left on the bench was) which is disappointing. There are two Ashleighs in my Gallery. The one who completed the challenge is called Wilde-Mansion Baron.
Does anyone know how to remove reward traits from a Sim? Now that she has completed the challenge I would like her to sleep again.
