Gee, you all have been busy! I went back to part-time lurking this thread after finishing the challenge, then got sidetracked in another Sims project as well as some RL stuff (gasp! RL!!!)). In the meantime, this thread is up to page 20! It'll take me a few days, I'm sure, to catch up on all the goings on.
As for the aforementioned other Sims project, I tried to see if I could translate this challenge into one for Sims 3. I've gotten about a week into it so far. Of course, I've had to make some modifications (I let her out to register as Self Employed at City Hall and to pick up a few seeds at the market, for example).
And, for even more yucks, I'm trying it here in Sims 4 again. New character (Serenity Solo), new house, new strategies. So far, Serenity is doing well! Of course, she won't be a scoring Sim. My challenge Sim (Yuni) has already been posted.
Great job everyone who's finished! Keep at it for those of you still plugging away. And for those of you who've yet to begin, dive on in!
