Just finished Week 6. I'm following Kremesch's example, and not buying any rewards. Once you have the nicer toilets, sink, shower, oven etc. it's very easy to maintain your motives.
I'm also doing this run a bit differently. I'm going to amass 350K minimum before I even think about adding on to my house. That way, once I have the full amount, I can build everything including all Mansion Baron requirements at once, and never have to worry about depreciation!
With all of my paintings up, my lot is worth a little over 70,000 with 130,000 in the bank.
I'm also trying to complete a lot more aspiration tiers and skill levels this time. XD
