Time.
Give yourself a time limit of, say 8 weeks. Given what you've learned so far, I'll bet there are ways you can shave off some time. When I did the challenge for the second time, I upped my score by over 40 points and lowered my time by nearly 3 weeks. And never used any bio-rewards (the ones that would give more time).
