@katoregama My second try was 87 points. 4x8 room, no rewards, only using Mansion Baron aspiration. It took 9 weeks and one day (-63 points), +20 points for the 4 levels of Mansion Baron, and +30 points for level 10 in Writing, Painting, and Comedy.
