She is lovely! And your home is perfect, I wish I had thought to make some outdoor room for my sims. Can she reach the plants on the outside of the fence?
As for the weight gain, I never feed my Sims twice a day. They get feed around twice every three days. I let the hunger go into the red, and let it go almost until ravenous. The way the moodlets work now, as long as she is happy with something else, she doesn't even notice that she is hungry, Saves time, saves money on food, keeps the Sims the way you made them.
