Doing this again it has taken me 85 days to get 76k property value as you see it with 400k saved up to build out right. Decided not to build on because of bills with Darrius bills hit 11k+ with the Frugal (think thats the bill one?) trait. Mastered Gaming, Writing, Painting, Cooking, Gardening, Fitness, Guitar, Mischief, Handiness, Programming. Took every aspiration as far as he could except baron which will be done tomorrow when I start again.

Gonna build his mansion tomorrow. Learned not to put beds length way against exterior walls cause they can teleport outside house.
