By the way, another person got into my sim's yard so I had to put a gate in my fence to let them out. That is the strangest thing.... Might be a good thing to keep in mind if you decide to go and put a fence around your property. Don't want any ghosts popping up and talking to your sim cause they died by some magic fence teleportation magic.
