Sims 4 Room Challenge

I feel like I'm missing something that's probably so obvious. I want to start on a certain block, but it is occupied and of course has a house already built. I created my sim and hit play. Thing is, at that initial screen, I can't enter manage worlds to evict the family and buldoze the lot. Is thee some way I'm missing to start her there, or do I move her to an empty lot then manage worlds to fix up the target lot and then move her?

**edit** doh, worked it out. Started a game with a different sim. Then went to manage world, evicted family, bulldozed house and moved challenge sim in and just played her.
