Thank you for the info.
My two participants didn't seem to put on much weight during the Challenge. I had them both do the first Athletic Aspiration Milestone and, every now and then, they'd take a Brisk Shower so they could do Energized push ups and sit ups. It was just enough to keep them trim without taking up vast amounts of time (or going outside).
