I finally achieved what I wanted for my challenge sim Kara.

She married my recently widowed (tragic cowplant accident *sniffle*) sim. I unfortunately doubt Kara will be having any kids since it is a full house and her wife has 4 kids already. I did let her have some instant lean so she could lose all the challenge weight.
