@feetinstockings - You can check your achievements to see how many hours you have played in a particular neighborhood. In my current hood I have started the 100 baby challenge and have logged in 44 hours so far. 211 hours total play time in all neighborhoods. ( I see that number every time I log in to Origin so I can tell how long I play each day.)
@SimPoseyYum and @jarvis9 - I have noticed the missing Troll teh Forums option for some of my sims also. Not sure of the reason yet but I think it has to do with a combination of skills and traits. In my current family the mother does not have the option but the eldest daughter (a teen) does but her two teen brothers do not. Dgt and eldest son both have mischief skill though dgt is closer to level 2. Dgt also has childish trait which none of the others do. My roomchallenge sim also had childish trait and trolled often.
