@SimPoseyYum - That's interesting about the bills. All my households have gotten theirs on Monday, with a warning on Tue. that they have 24 hours left to pay before the lights go off.
@feetinstockings - I save much oftener also due to frequent crashes early in the game. I'm still saving two or three times a game day even though I've had no crash in a while. I particularly save before my sim tries to repair anything electrical and they don't get to use the stove till they have two levels in cooking.
The bills got to be a problem in my roomchallenge after Cheyanne started putting up the frame of her house. I think the last week it was over $14,000. But by then she was making nearly that much every day with her painting, writing and selling garden harvest. Even though I had the Frugal sim reward.
