Sims 4 Room Challenge

@Redliner1960 - Sounds to me like that was a good strategy. My sim saved most of her most expensive paintings but I couldn't tell that they appreciated any as time passed like they did in TS2. They did go a long way toward boosting the property value and did not depreciate like bought stuff did. When I did my final build and got the property value over $350K I went back to Live mode to check the aspiration, then back to Build mode and value had dropped several thousand $. It has dropped even more in the days I've played that lot since. My sim kept about 70 of her paintings and they are scattered about the house now so that every room gives a well-decorated bonus to the family members.
